    Mike brings over 30 years of diverse and highly successful experience in the global recruitment services industry.

    He was a founding director of Alexander Mann Solutions in 1996, where he led sales and operations during the formative years of the European RPO/MSP market, before driving the company’s expansion into Asia in 2001 with the introduction of innovative internet-based solutions. Mike holds a degree in Information Systems and Project Management qualifications, providing a strong technical and operational foundation alongside his commercial leadership roles.

    He later spent seven years on the main Board of NES Fircroft, the world’s largest engineering staffing firm, serving as both CTO and Chief Customer Officer. With $3BN in turnover and 80+ offices worldwide, Mike oversaw a rapidly evolving global technology environment and led client-facing transformation at scale.

    Following this, Mike returned to consulting before joining the main Board of Phaidon International, one of the world’s top 10 professional search firms. There he held dual responsibility for global technology strategy and strategic client partnerships, with a particular focus on delivering data science–driven insights and practical AI applications to enhance client value and strengthen key relationships.

    To continue building his expertise at the intersection of leadership and technology, Mike recently completed the Oxford Saïd Business School’s AI for CIOs programme. Today, he has returned to consulting and non-executive director roles with The Satori Partnership, where he continues to support businesses in harnessing technology, data, and innovation to drive growth and transformation.
