Our purpose

Using our collective expertise, we work with organisations and recruitment agencies to re-engineer and optimise their talent ecosystems. According to the CIPD, less than one-third of UK organisations look beyond 3 months when it comes to acquiring talent and just over 10% either monitor return on investment for their hiring efforts or capture any meaningful data on their performance in the area of business.

Similarly, recruitment agencies increasingly struggle to adapt in an agile way to material market changes, align their services to customer needs, utilise technology and data, and operate efficiently to create shareholder value.

The Satori Partnership is committed to finding innovative and strategic solutions for everyone involved in talent to produce greater performance, efficiency and measurable impact on the bottom line.

Whilst our approach is slightly different for in-house or corporate teams than it is for agencies, our aim is still to remove talent sourcing and acquisition as a barrier to growth and value.

The key challenges for 2024 are skills shortages and the ability to attract the right talent, budget constraints, including the declining efficiency of traditional volume channels, and technology - having sufficient budget to invest in tech and implementing AI/new tech to support improvements in the overall process.
